Keeping fit takes effort. Building muscles takes a strict diet AND even more effort. Have you ever wished for a nice muscular body without doing anything? Because same..

But this 10 year-old boy is a miracle child. Being born with a rare condition called Myostatin-related muscle hypertrophy, he has a muscular build without even trying. He literally #WokeUpLikeThis, guys.

People like Nguyen Hoang Nam have less fat than others and double the usual amount of muscle mass. However, we’re glad that the condition does not cause any medical or health problems.

The Vietnamese boy is surely going to be flaunting it when he grows up, making the girls turn and have a second look. Nam says that he wants to be a bodybuilder when he’s older but boy, you already are one. His abnormal strength also makes him the champion in arm-wrestling most of the time with his friends.

Nam says that he could arm-wrestle all day too… and here we are, already tired just typing this article.

Look at that muscle! Be right back…

(No, we’re not at the gym.) Gotta stress-eat and ugly-cry for a while.
