An animal shelter in Seremban for strays was destroyed by the devastating flood on Wednesday and animal lovers have been distraught over the news.
Well, nobody can undo what’s happened, so independent animal rescuers and supporters are now helping to raise funds to build a new shelter for the strays.

They will be donating all proceeds from the sale of their microfiber fabric face masks to the organization so that some 1,800 strays can find home again.

The initial fundraiser that was aimed at providing for the strays’ medical bills and their ongoing feeding programme has now found a new need. Ever since the pandemic, donations to the group have dropped drastically.
A rescuer also said that people can donate to the organization (Furrykids Safehaven) if they do not wish to buy the face masks.
We hope the strays find a safe place soon. Let’s help in ways we can to help others.
