Kindness is everywhere, only if we choose to see it.
A 34 year-old recently shared a photo of his mother’s handmade beaded slippers on Twitter and has received so much love ever since.
Ben Farid Azhar Mohd Shaharuddin wanted to help his mother promote the products she handmakes, to pay for her medical bills. His mother, who’s battling cancer, loves arts and craft, so Ben suggested to her, to turn her passion into business.
We’re glad that it helps them a little bit, financially!
The tweet has received over 3,000 likes and over 8,000 retweets to date, and many, many orders! Apart from beaded slippers, his mother also does cross-stitching and sells them upon request.
The young customer service officer is truly grateful for the love he has been getting and promised to reply every message that’s flooding his inbox as soon as possible.
Such a loving and responsible son he is, indeed. We wish Ben’s mother a speedy recovery and all the best for their lovely beaded slipper business!
Always remember, a little kindness goes a long way.
