Since international travel is still impossible at this point in time, we can only dream about our passport seeing the light of day again and going to all the places in our bucket list.

When you mix legume and cereal the way you would have pasta and beans or pasta and chickpeas, you get a combination of essential amino acids that are comparable to what you find in meat.
