Have you heard of the viral TikTok song below?

“I’m a savage, classy, bougie, ratchet,

Sassy, moody, nasty,

Acting stupid, what’s happenin’, what’s happenin’?”

This elephant in Thailand was probably feeling it when it randomly stormed into a store to get its durian fix.

The durian lover tore down a metal shutter that cost about RM1,600 before it returned for a second helping. Wow, talk about confidence…

Siriphon Kerdsuchon, the owner of the agricultural store said that the elephant ate more than 10 durians worth thousands of baht, the second time he came in.

The incident took place at the Kaeng Krachan national Park, Thailand’s largest national park and according to Siriphon, it’s not uncommon for such incidents to happen.

Mr Elephant also destroyed the freshly-repaired door that was fixed after his initial visit. The owner was in the store when the drama happened and could do nothing but capture the elephant devouring his favourite fruit.

The park ranger and authorities are planning to fix camera traps to reduce this sort of uninformed visits. We guess it’s about time as well, since they have coexisted for more than 15 years, according to sources.

Well, we hope Siriphon gets her compensation soon.

And we also hope Mr Savage Elephant doesn’t have any more durian cravings for a while.
