Are you ready to lay it all down for the throne? Are you brave enough to travel the world in search of the Iron Throne? We’re serious.

In one of its most epic promos for the upcoming final season of Game of Thrones, the geniuses at HBO have decided to send fans on a worldwide treasure hunt!

The network hid six replicas of the coveted Iron Throne all around the world and challenged fans to be the first to locate them and claim the throne.

The challenge first appeared on the Game of Thrones website and fans were excited to embark on their own quests in search of the Iron Throne.

“For seven seasons you’ve watched characters lie, bleed, and sacrifice for the Iron Throne. As the final season approaches, only one question remains: How far will you go?” the website stated.

Upon visiting the website, you’ll see 360 degree videos of the thrones and their surroundings to help you identify the location.

So far, three out of the six Iron Thrones have been claimed!

The Throne of the Forest was found in Puzzlewood, UK.

The Throne of the North in Björkliden, Sweden.

And the Throne of Joy was found in Madrid, Spain.

And the Throne of Valyria was recently found in Beberibe, Brazil.

The fifth throne, the Throne of Ice has been unlocked by HBO but has yet to be officially discovered.

The sixth and final throne will, whose name we do not know yet, will be unveiled this week!

So, four down and two to go! If you’re thinking of joining the quest for the Iron Throne, you can check out the website and GoT’s official Twitter to keep up with the hunt!

Game of Thrones season 8 will premiere at the same time as the U.S. on Monday, 15th April at 9am, exclusively on HBO (Astro Ch 411 / 431 HD).

For those of you who don’t have the time to go an adventure to claim the Iron Throne, you can catch up stream all episodes now, uncensored On Demand!
