1. Befrienders
This organization provides emotional support for you, basically 24/7. If you need someone to just listen to your problems and not judge, give advice or provide solutions, they might be right choice.

2. Malaysian Mental Health Association ( MMHA)
MMHA consists of qualified mental health professionals like psychologists and counselors who provide psychological support services. If you’re worried about the cost, they also offer financial subsidies.

3. Life Line Association Malaysia
With this association, you can get free consultation service face-to-face, over the phone or through email.

4. All Women’s Action Society (AWAM)
AWAM is a good place for those who experience gender-based violence. Their helpline is open for both male and female survivors.

5. Women’s Aid Organization (WAO)
If you or someone you know has gone through domestic violence, rape or any other form of violence, you can always reach out to WAO as they provide free and confidential services for survivors.
