Lady Gaga And Madonna End Long-Standing Feud With Each Other

They fight they break up, and if they kiss, they make up! (we know we’re making a Katy Perry reference here, but the shoe fits, so why not!).

After almost a decade of petty feud rumours; the Queens of Pop, Madonna and Lady Gaga have publicly announced how they feel about each other at the recent Oscars!

Lady Gaga was at the Oscars after-party that Madonna hosted, and even though there was a strict ‘no social media’ rule, it was broken for pop royalty.

During the photo-shoot, they also stared into each other’s eyes and eskimo kissed and it was pretty intense.

If you don’t already know what the rumour was all about, let us bring you down memory lane…

The feud between the two started when fans noticed similarities between Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way” and Madonna’s 1989 hit “Express Yourself”.

Madonna herself even admitted that she was bothered by it, even though she had always thought that Lady Gaga was a talented singer.

In 2016, Mother Monster reignited the feud by throwing shade at her ‘rival’.

She candidly explained "I play a lot of instruments. I write all my own music. I spend hours and hours a day in the studio. I'm a producer. I'm a writer. What I do is different."

Madonna was quick to respond, with a post on Instagram (that has since been deleted) with the caption…

“ Can’t hear you. Too busy being awesome.”

And it just went from there, for days… then years… but we’re glad that it’s all over now!
