39 year-old Christopher Stares took his wife out for lunch and gave her a “Spousal Annual Performance Review”. We think it’s really cute!

His wife, Sophie shared the pictures on Facebook and said that it was lovely to have some time off before they get busy with Christmas. She also said that she’d appreciate a pay raise and a Christmas bonus, to which Christopher jokingly replied that it’s 2020 and she should be lucky to be employed at all!

The performance report consisted of 18 parameters including punctuality, job knowledge, conflict resolution, meals, inventory, dependability and more. It also came with a performance improvement plan for 2021. Wow.
The couple have been married for 14 years and have five kids and according to Sophie, she’s quite used to him doing things like this.
Well, it’s not so bad of an idea if you think about it. Would you want to try this with your partner?
