We’ve entered the fourth week of the Movement Control Order and if you’re feeling restless, imagine how kids, with their endless energy would feel?

This mom of 2 just came up with a brilliant idea of keeping her sons occupied and at the same time disciplining them!

Nurafiza Nadzirah Razali shared her parenting style on Facebook and most parents seem to love it. She has opened a mini mart in her house and ‘pays’ her kids with fake notes for each job they complete, which they can later use to buy snacks for themselves from the ‘mart’.

Her 3-year-old and 6-year-old have been diligently following the rules and completing their list of tasks like, napping, studying and clearing the toy area because… who wouldn’t want snacks?

The work-from-home mother said that this method of hers has made the kids more well-behaved, while reducing the chaos.

Good for her! How have you been keeping your children busy during the MCO? Share with us!
