Malaysians can really find humour in anything at all, anytime and anywhere. Just like that.

During a Facebook live session by Senior Minister, Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob on Tuesday, netizens noticed that people were bidding for the home decoration items in his background.

The minister, who is currently under quarantine, had to go live from home and people just needed to kill their boredom, we guess.

Adehh dibantainya buat mcm live bundle semua pakat dk lock 😂😂😂 rakyat m’sia jarang tak kelakar

The bidding included items seen on his shelves, including a helmet, keris, and a ball! Some even estimated the prices of the items.

Reading the comments after what was probably a hectic work-from-home day, Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri must have had a good laugh indeed. He thanked social media users for the light-hearted comments via a post. He also took the opportunity to once again remind everyone to stay safe.

Pak Long terbaca juga komen-komen kalian selepas sidang media perkembangan COVID-19 (Non-Health) tadi. Ramai juga ya...

Jokes and fun aside, let’s keep his advice in mind. Please adhere to the SOPs set during the period of CMCO and stay home for your own safety.

We’re in this together, but we cannot overcome the pandemic if we are frequently out together. So stay home and stay safe.
