What’s the difference between the Lotus’s app and Clubcard?

Previously, you could only use the Clubcard loyalty programme to collect and redeem points. Now, the new app allows you to enjoy instant discounts as you checkout! This means you can use your points to deduct from your bill at the counters in-store or online purchase.

I’m already a Clubcard member. What should I do?

If you’re an existing Clubcard member, don’t worry because you won’t have to do anything extra. Your old account will be automatically migrated into the Lotus’s app. As long as your mobile number is still registered with your profile, you can log in to the new app to continue enjoying your rewards.

But if you don’t have an account with Lotus’s, it’s easy to register with your mobile number! Just follow the steps below:
