It’s the circle of life and unfortunately everyone has to succumb to it.
The world of music lost another great singer yesterday and fellow artists and fans are all mourning for Marie Fredriksson the best way they know how.
After battling with cancer for 17 years, Marie sadly passed away yesterday night at 61 years old.
Her Roxette bandmate, Per Gessle tweeted ‘things will never be the same’…
The Pop Duo formed Roxette way back in 1986 and got a breakthrough after their second album Look Sharp! was released. Their other hits ‘It Must Have Been Love’, ‘Joyride’, ‘Listen To Your Heart’ and more.
Marie was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2002. She leaves behind her husband, two children and her fans from all over the world.
Thanks for the joyride you took us while were here. You’ll always be remembered.
