It’s apparently a West Java dish made of fried tofu mixed in sweet and spicy dressing. However, for this challenge, people have upped the spice game.

This improvised Tahu Gejrot has a whole lot of bird’s eye chillies in it, as you can see. The challenge itself is called ‘200 chillies’. Our stomachs are already churning just looking at it!
