They started re-creating her image, and it’s just spreading on China’s social media platform, Weibo!
The hype comes in the form of a make-up challenge where netizens imitate the main character’s betrothal make-up, which was popular way back during the Tang Dynasty!
A vlogger called Emma Zhou said that the look was achieved using rice flour and pigments from strong-coloured flowers! Impressive!
