The ‘cool’ and ‘amazing’ shows we watch at circuses are actually not as cool as they seem, behind the stage.

Most of the animals are caged and sometimes mistreated in the name of ‘practice’ and it is heartbreaking to know that many of us out there don’t know this truth.

To ensure no animals are being harmed, this circus in Germany took a pretty interesting initiative by having a hologram animal show at their circus!

In case you’re wondering how these people at the circus use the latest technology to replace animals with realistic holograms, which makes the animals look exactly the same size as they do in real life.

The circus, which is known as Circus Roncalli, is the first in the world to make this initiative. The circus that has been operating for many decades now just recently resorted to projectors, lasers and lenses to ensure no animals are harmed.

We think it’s a win-win situation, as animals don’t get locked up and we get to enjoy a beautiful virtual reality show.

What do you think?
