The bike lane on highways is for… bikes but on a particular day last week, people witnessed a four-wheeled bike, that looked like a car on the Federal Highway.
Oh wait, it is a car! It seems that the driver ended up on the Federal Highway’s bike lane after mistakenly selecting ‘motorcycle’ mode on his navigating app!

A Facebook video of the incident surfaced online and although some motorcyclists overtook him and directed him towards an exit, a police report was lodged against the 53 year-old.
When called in for questioning for violating the road rules, he clarified the problem and underwent necessary tests to prove that he was not driving under the influence.
He would have to pay fine for the offence, but let’s just keep this in mind the next time we drive, or ride, or walk. Always remember to switch the mode to the correct setting, and remind your parents to do so too.
