This Singaporean Man Did The "One Punch Man" Workout For 30 Days And The Results Are Amazing!

One of the most well-known anime in recent years is definitely One Punch Man and if you don’t, it tells the story of a superhero that got bored because all his enemies dies from just one punch!

And in one episode when the main character Saitama was asked about his secret to becoming so strong, he revealed that all he did was 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats and 10km runs everyday! And this man decided to try it out too!

A 38-years-old Singaporean, Sean Seah, decided to try the “One Punch Man” workout for 30 days and at the end of the month the results were amazing!

He started with a level 5 of the workout, which is half of what Saitama did. Then increased to level 7, level 9 and eventually level 10!

Sean lost 2.8kg on the 7th day and at the end of the entire challenge he managed to lose 5kg, his visceral fat rating from 10 to 8.5 and a chiseled six pack!

Of course, diet plays an important role in the workout but Sean revealed that he didn’t have a special diet and all he did was trying his best to eat less fried food!
