If you think there's not enough kindness in the world, this story would probably make your day.

A woman in Florida named Cristina Settanni saved a suicidal man from jumping off a bridge recently, and guess how she convinced him to stay?

She quoted Linkin Park's song lyrics!

The nurse was running late to work when she saw a man sitting on the ledge of an overpass. After realizing no one else stopped, she decided to go to the rescue!

In a video, which was shared later by Florida’s Orange County Sheriff’s office, she said that she stopped because she knew how he felt.

“…I’ve been where he was,” she said in the video.

While sitting on the ledge looking very calm and composed, she recited a lyric from Linkin Park that goes like this…

“Who cares if one more light goes out? Well, I do.”

The man broke down in tears upon hearing those words!

Everyone is battling their own struggles and the the least we can do is be kind.

Bravo, Cristina! We’re glad he’s safe. Would you have done the same?
