Macaulay Culkin may have mastered outsmarting burglars in Home Alone, but everyday tasks like laundry and driving? Not so much. According to his fiancée, Brenda Song, the former child star never had to learn these life skills because he spent his childhood living in hotels.

"Mac is a very unique human," Brenda shared during the March 13 episode of The Jennifer Hudson Show. "Being the most famous child actor in the world, he lived and grew up in hotels. He had just never really done laundry."

Brenda admitted she was shook when she realized he had never tackled a load of laundry, joking, “It’s funny, teaching him how to do it.”

And that’s not all—Macaulay, 44, still doesn’t know how to drive.

"I took him out to drive in our neighborhood—I was terrified," the Suite Life of Zack & Cody alum revealed. "This 44-year-old man driving for the first time? I was like, 'Nope!'"

Despite their differences, the couple—who share two sons, Dakota, 3, and Carson, 2—have been together for nearly a decade. But their love story had a rocky start.

Brenda recalled on The Drew Barrymore Show that they first met in 2014 through their mutual friend Seth Green. When they reconnected on the set of Seth’s 2017 film Changeland, something changed.

"I thought he was gonna be my BFF," she admitted. "And then I was like, ‘Oh wait, I kinda have a crush on him.’"

That crush turned into eight years—and two kids—proving that sometimes, love finds you when you least expect it.
