As much as we say there’s no timeline in life, most of us are wired to follow a certain sequence of life since we were young. Going to school, getting a degree, securing a job, getting married, building a family- we all know the drill.
However, things don’t really have to be that way and this momma just proved it to us!
52 year old Marisa O’Hara recently enrolled into university and even moved into its halls of residence because she wants the ‘whole experience’ of being a student.
The mother of five just moved to Aberystwyth University to study postgraduate certification in Secondary History.

After about a year applying to the university, she was a little surprised that she actually passed the interview and managed to get a seat there.
At first, she didn’t think of staying at the university residence as her home was only an hour away but after much consideration, she decided to move in to the halls to enjoy the whole experience with her batchmates.
Her children and siblings are really proud of her and guess what? We are as well! If there’s one thing we can learn from Marisa, is that it’s never too late to follow your dreams!
