ACRES is now appealing for more information regarding the case.
The bird was believed to be attacked with a DIY dart, which had punctured its eye, leaving it disoriented until it was rescued by a member of the public.
ACRES said that the stick has been removed with much caution and the poor pigeon is recovering now.

However, that doesn’t mean they’re letting it go. They’re turning over the case to the National Parks Board for further investigation and those with relevant information can contact them via Facebook or email them at acrescrime@gmail.com.
Please don’t use your power to hurt anyone, animals included.
