British singer Rita Ora turned 30 recently and she organized a party to welcome her into the 3-series club.

However, her action is said to have broken England’s strict COVID-19 lockdown laws and the pop star has taken responsibility for her doings.

Rita admitted that she had gone to a ‘small gathering’ with 30 people in attendance. Although it may sound ‘okay’ in some other countries under COVID-19 restrictions, people in England are strictly not allowed to mingle with other households indoors and can only meet one person outside.

She brought the matter to Instagram and said that she made the decision in a spur of the moment and apologised to the authorities and public.

Police officers have reported the breach of COVID-19 rules but there weren’t any other offences committed. Rita Ora voluntarily paid a fine for flouting the law.

We commend her for taking responsibility for her actions, but we’d also like to remind people out there to just avoid taking the risk at all.

Stay safe, everyone!
