Iconic Marvel director Sam Raimi said that he's open to the possibility of another Spider-Man installment with Tobey Maguire as the titular web-slinger.
Sam, who’s directing Marvel’s upcoming film Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, said working with Marvel is like playing with 'the world's best toy box'.
"I've come to realise after making Doctor Strange that anything is possible, really anything in the Marvel universe, any team-ups," Sam said as reported by Ladbible. "I love Tobey. I love Kirsten Dunst. I think all things are possible,"
Despite his interest in making a fourth Spider-Man movie, the 62-year-old director said there are no confirmed plans just yet. He admitted he didn't have a story in mind for a fourth installment, or even if 'Marvel would be interested'.
"I don't know what their thoughts are about that. I haven't really pursued that. But it sounds beautiful," he said.
"Even if it wasn't a Spider-Man movie, I'd love to work with Tobey again, in a different role."

Sam previously directed three Spider-Man installments that were released between 2002 and 2007.
The trilogy starred Tobey as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Kirsten as Mary Jane Watson, James Franco as Harry Osborn, and Willem Dafoe as Norman Osborn/Green Goblin.
Looks like anything is possible folks! Will the OG Spider-Man actors be making a comeback for its fourth installment? In a different role, perhaps?
We shall wait and find out!
