A senior citizen was found dead under a bridge near Segambut Komuter station yesterday (Jan 6). The victim was believed to have hung himself and by the time the public noticed and called the police (around 9.30pm), it was already too late. Chief Police of Sentul district, Assistant Commissioner Beh Eng Lai confirmed the dreadful incident.

Early stages of investigation revealed that the 88 year-old had been living with his children in a nearby residential area. It was reported that the victim suffered from depression. His body was brought to Kuala Lumpur Hospital (HKL) for post-mortem.
