If you do, then spread the good news. The Sunway Oxbridge Essay Competition is back for its sixth year! Check out last year’s winners posing with their awesome prizes—help us find new students to fill that space for 2019!

This competition is jointly organised by the Sunway Group, the Oxford & Cambridge Society Malaysia, the Jeffrey Cheah Foundation, Sunway University and Monash University Malaysia. It’s also endorsed by the Ministry of Education Malaysia and in partnership with Sunway Pals.
Students in Form One to Form Five stand a chance of winning prizes worth up to RM230,000!
Check out all the prizes* that they can win:
First prize: RM5,000 cash, Sunway Full Bursary*, Award Certificate, Trophy and 10,000 Sunway Pals points
Second prize: RM3,000 cash, Sunway Bursary valued at RM15,000*, Award Certificate, Trophy, and 10,000 Sunway Pals points
Third prize: RM1,000 cash, Sunway Bursary valued at RM10,000*, Award Certificate, Trophy, and 10,000 Sunway Pals points
Consolation prizes: RM500 cash, Sunway Bursary valued at RM5,000*, Award Certificate, Medal and 10,000 Sunway Pals points.

All the students have to do is submit an essay answering the following question:
Category A: Form 1 to 3
Write an essay in 200 to 350 words on “What changes would you like to see in the Malaysian education system and why?”
Category B: Form 4 to 5
Write an essay in 500 to 650 words on “What do you envisage as the next big innovation in education?”
