Malaysia will lower the voting age to 18 soon!

De facto Law Minister Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan says the Election Commission will take immediate steps to resolve matters linked to legal provisions and technical matters.

Meanwhile, political party MUDA responded to this saying Undi18 should be implemented no later than July.

Students in boarding schools and vocational college hostels under the Education Ministry in enhanced MCO areas are not allowed to return home for Hari Raya.

But, Putrajaya says movement will be allowed in the event of emergencies such as illness and death but permission must be obtained from the relevant authorities.

Malaysia recorded 3,332 Covid-19 cases yesterday, along with 15 fatalities.

This is the second day that cases have exceeded the 3,000 mark.

Selangor still has the highest number of infections, followed by Sarawak, Kelantan and KL.
