No Inter-district Travel During Hari Raya

The government will ban inter-district travel during Hari Raya in states under MCO.
The Senior Minister for Security told Utusan Malaysia, Muslims can only celebrate Aidilfitri within their respective districts.
Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob also says the authorities will tighten roadblocks at all district borders and especially on the first day of Hari Raya.
Covid-19 cases in the country have kicked into a higher gear as Malaysia registered 4,498 infections yesterday.
The last time we recorded more than 4,000 cases in a day was in February this year.
Meanwhile, 22 patients succumbed to the virus, raising the death toll to 1,632.
The Penang state government says the decision on whether the MCO will be implemented in the state will be announced today.
This as the state recorded 313 Covid-19 cases, the highest recorded since early this year.
