No curfew after 8pm, says NSC

There is no curfew after 8pm under the ongoing movement control order.
The National Security Council told Malaysiakini this, after several people were allegedly issued compounds for being outside after 8pm.
It also dismissed a viral message urging people not to check in via MySejahtera after 8pm.
Malaysia reported 7,478 Covid-19 cases yesterday to reach yet another record high.
Selangor, which has ramped up testing, continues to account for the highest number of cases with over 2,000 cases.
63 fatalities were reported yesterday bringing the death toll to 2,432.
Pasir Salak MP Datuk Seri Tajuddin Abdul Rahman told Malaymail that he has yet to receive an official termination letter relieving him of his role as Prasarana chairman.
This is after a termination letter signed by the Finance Minister went viral on social media yesterday following his off-colour press conference about the recent LRT train crash.
On Monday, two trains on the Kelana Jaya LRT line collided near the KLCC station leaving 213 people injured.
Prasarana says recovery work to remove the two LRT trains is progressing smoothly, with 5 of the 6 carriages having been lifted.
