This was among the issues which the Rulers agreed at the Istana Negara yesterday.
Meanwhile, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong says Parliament needs to reconvene as soon as possible.
His Majesty says this will be important to ensure MPs are able to debate emergency laws and the National Recovery Plan.
The King also expressed hope that the Covid-19 curve will be flattened soon and the national immunisation plan is the only exit strategy to curb the pandemic.
The Prime Minister has urged NGOs to help the government increase vaccine registration among the public.
Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin stressed that herd immunity can only be achieved if the immunisation process can be implemented comprehensively.
Malaysia reported a slight drop in Covid-19 cases yesterday, with 5,150 infections.
Selangor had the most cases at 1,914, followed by Negeri Sembilan, and Sarawak.
Meanwhile, the death toll rose by 73 to 4,142.
