PDRM investigating sale of vaccination slots

PDRM is working with vaccine authorities to probe cases of individuals selling their vaccination appointment slots.

The immunisation programme minister says they have been cooperating with the police over this issue since last month.

Khairy Jamaluddin adds that they have started implementing vaccine monitoring guidelines to prevent any abuse of power in administering vaccines.

Sarawak will enter Phase 2 of the National Recovery Plan tomorrow, with dine-in restrictions eased and selected business sectors allowed to reopen.

The state joins Terengganu, Kelantan, Pahang, Perlis, Perak, Penang and Sabah.

Thailand has changed its Covid-19 vaccine policy to mix China's Sinovac with the AstraZeneca vaccine in a bid to boost protection.

This comes after hundreds of medical workers caught the coronavirus despite being fully vaccinated with Sinovac.

Health workers already fully vaccinated with Sinovac will also receive a third booster from a different vaccine.
