Those without digital certs can use physical Covid-19 vaccination cards for now

Those who have yet to receive their digital Covid-19 vaccination cert despite being fully immunised, can use their physical vaccination cards for now.

Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin says this will be applicable for only one week while the MySejahtera team work on improving the app.

The team has also been tasked with streamlining the vaccine cert verification process for those vaccinated overseas.

Malaysia reported 323 Covid-19 fatalities yesterday, taking the overall Covid-19 death toll to 19,486.

This as health officials confirmed a slight dip in cases with 19,307 infections.

All Malaysians who have already completed their Covid-19 vaccinations will be allowed to visit Langkawi, except those in areas under an Enhanced MCO.

However, the Tourism, Arts, and Culture Ministry says visitors must first obtain police permission.

Starting next Thursday, tourism activities will resume in Langkawi under a bubble concept.
