Parents reminded which teens can walk-in for COVID jab

Khairy Jamaluddin has reminded parents that walk in COVID-19 vaccinations are only for certain teenagers.
The Health Minister says they are non-school goers, university students, and those being home-schooled.
As such, teens who do not fall into these categories have been urged to remain patient, as their respective schools will provide them with their appointment dates.
On another note, Khairy says the government has started talks to obtain vaccines, to immunize children below the age of 12.

Educational institutions in Johor to reopen Oct 10th
Educational institutions in Johor will be allowed to reopen starting October 10th, now that the state has entered Phase 2 of the National Recovery Plan.
The Education Ministry says certain students in Kedah can return to classes from October 10th.
It will only involve Form 6 students in their second semester, as well as IGCSE and O level students.

New COVID-19 cases rise to 14k
Daily COVID-19 cases in Malaysia rose slightly, after we logged 14,554 infections today.
Sarawak and Selangor were among areas with the most cases, with over 2,000 infections each.
Meanwhile, Labuan had none.
