Teachers who refuse vaccination may be transferred

Teachers who refuse to be vaccinated against Covid-19 may be transferred if their actions cause the teaching and learning process of students to be affected.
The Education Ministry says this is one of the solutions that is being considered to ensure students are safe.
But, it is waiting for the Public Service Department to decide on the appropriate form of action to be taken against the teachers.
The number of teachers who refused to be vaccinated have, however, dropped by 500 to 2,000.
Theme parks nationwide will be allowed to open once 90% of the adult population is vaccinated.
However, the government says this is subject to approval by the National Security Council and Health Ministry.
The Malaysian Family Phase 3 Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat aid payments will be credited in stages into recipients’ accounts starting tomorrow.
The Prime Minister says this will benefit some 3.6 million households, and will involve
RM 2.82 billion in allocation.
