Oct 04, 2021
An immediate announcement will be made on allowing interstate travel once 90% of the adult population is fully vaccinated.
The Prime Minister also explained the rationale for changing the vaccination rate from 80% to 90%.
Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob adds that Malaysians will be allowed to travel overseas without the MyTravelPass when 90% of the population are vaccinated.
For the first time in nearly 3 months, Malaysia recorded daily Covid-19 cases below the 10,000 mark.
9,066 Covid-19 cases were reported yesterday, with 98% of them involving asymptomatic and mildly symptomatic patients.
Only two states recorded 4-digit cases, namely Sarawak and Selangor.
A new feature to report Covid-19 SOP violations will be added to the MySejahtera app.
Some options include for violations by individuals, premise operators and of the quarantine order.
Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin took to Twitter to share this, along with a video on how to lodge the complaint.
