Over 9k new COVID-19 cases today

Daily COVID-19 cases in the country have stayed below five figures for a sixth day in a row.
This, after the Health Ministry detected 9,751 infections today.
Selangor, Sarawak and Kelantan were the only states with over 1,000 cases each.

Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine conditionally approved for booster shots
Malaysia has granted conditional approval for the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to be used as booster shots.
The Health Ministry says the jab will be given to recipients at least 6 months after they received their second dose.
This is the first vaccine in the country to be approved for third dose vaccinations.

New prices for COVID-19 self-test kits to be announced next month
An announcement is set to be made next month, on new prices for COVID self-test kits.
Meanwhile, the government expects the kits to be available in supermarkets by the end of this month.
Currently, the retail ceiling price for the kits is set at RM19.90 ringgit per unit, while the wholesale price is capped at RM16.
