Road Diversions Ahead of Tomorrow's Rally

Expect traffic diversions and several closed public transport stations in KL tomorrow 

Dang Wangi district police said this ahead of a planned rally tomorrow. 

6 main roads will be affected by the diversion, which will start at 7AM, namely:

- Jalan Kuching
- Jalan Kinabalu 
- Jalan Maharajalela 
- Jalan Hang Tuah 
- Jalan Imbi 
- Jalan Sultan Ismail.

Several public transport stations will also be closed: 

LRT Ampang/Sri Petaling Line: 
- Pudu
- Hang Tuah
- Masjid Jamek
- Plaza Rakyat
- Bandaraya
- Sultan Ismail

2. LRT Kelana Jaya Line:
- Kampung Baru
- Dang Wangi
- Masjid Jamek
- Pasar Seni

3. MRT Laluan Sg Buloh-Kajang Line
- Bukit Bintang
- Merdeka
- Pasar Seni

Meanwhile, the magistrates court issued an order barring public gatherings at three locations in KL. 

The police add they will not hesitate to take action against those who breach the order

COVID Cases Cross 4k Mark

New COVID-19 cases in Malaysia rose by 280 today, to 4,046.

Meanwhile, the Health Ministry says close to 98 percent of adults have now completed two vaccine doses. 

For adolescents, it is at 88.3 percent.
