Lodge reports if booster status not updated on MySejahtera

You are advised to lodge a report if your MySejahtera app does not display your booster dose vaccination record.

The Crisis Preparedness And Response Center says the technical problem can be reported through the app itself, or by visiting the location where you received the shot.

It also explained that the booster information may take a while longer to appear on MySejahtera, if third party clinics are late in updating the data.

More than a quarter of a million kids under the age of 12 were infected with Covid-19 between July and December last year.

The Deputy Health Minister said of this total…63 fatalities were reported.

He says this is why its crucial for children to be vaccinated under the PICKids program for those aged between 5 to 11.

Category 1 and 2 Covid patients who have medical conditions like diabetes and hypertension, will still be admitted into hospital.

This also includes those who are immunocompromised, or have medical conditions that require constant surveillance.

The Health Director General explains that asymptomatic patients who cannot safely quarantine at home, will also be sent to a hospital.

The World Health Organisation is once again warning that the Covid-19 pandemic is not yet over.

It says the lower severity of the Omicron variant, coupled with the high vaccination rate in some countries, has led people to believe that the pandemic is nearing its end.

Instead, the WHO warned that low testing rates and vaccination coverage, especially in poorer countries, could create the ideal conditions for new variants to emerge.
