Seek treatment immediately if showing signs of MIS-C

Parents have been advised to immediately seek treatment for their children, if they start showing signs of multisystem inflammatory syndrome.
A consultant paediatrician from Selayang Hospital says the symptoms include fever, vomiting, red eyes, rashes, stomach pain and diarrhoea.
He says such symptoms usually occur between two and six weeks after kids contract COVID-19.

Education clusters on the rise
There has been a sharp rise in COVID-19 clusters involving educational institutions.
Nearly 370 education clusters have been reported as of last week, most of which are still active.
The Health Ministry adds that Kelantan recorded the most education clusters, followed by Selangor, and Pahang.

Increase cybersecurity risk due to Internet addiction and lack of parental control
The younger generation is facing a higher risk in cybersecurity due to Internet addiction and a lack in effective parental control.
This is based on a recent study by Cybersecurity Malaysia.
The Communications and Multimedia Minister adds that according to the study, signs of Internet addiction include sleeping late, preferring to use smart devices rather than interact with friends, and getting angry when barred from using such devices.
