It adds that it is dedicated to a safe and respectful environment at all its educational institutions.
This, as the ministry said it's investigating a viral video allegedly showed a secondary pupil being beaten by a schoolmate in some bushes in Petaling Jaya.
According to reports, the victim was beaten with a helmet, because he refused to skip school with the bully.
The ministry also reminded people it's against the law to disclose the identities of children involved in bullying.
