The PM admits it's difficult to investigate high-profile individuals who are accused of stealing taxpayers' money.
However, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim says it needs to be done, for the benefit of ordinary people...
He said this, amid the MACC's recent probes involving a number of individuals including a former Cabinet minister.
