Chicken eggs are now cheaper! 

PM Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has announced a 3 sen per egg reduction in the the retail price of Grade A, B and C eggs, effective today.

This means that the price of Grade A, B and C eggs are now at 42 sen, 40 sen and 38 sen respectively.

Retail prices in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan will also be adjusted according to the gazetted division and zone.

This, as the government passes on savings from the receit diesel targeted diesel subsidy back to the people.

Police are hunting down more suspects over the fraudulent withdrawal of RM24 million from people’s bank accounts.  

This, after cops nabbed the alleged mastermind of the syndicate behind the withdrawals.  

This came days after they detained an employee of a bank in Kota Kinabalu. 

The case came to light after cops received reports from several people who noticed unauthorised withdrawals from their fixed deposit accounts.

School bus operators have confirmed that there will NOT be any fare hikes during the current school year, despite higher spare parts costs. 

The Malaysian School Bus Operators Association says fares will be maintained as they still receive diesel subsidies under the new targeted system.

Police are looking into an incident in which two cows were running along the LDP Highway in Kelana Jaya, Selangor. 

The animals reportedly caused a crash involving one vehicle.
