The temporary relief center at the Putra Heights mosque for victims of the recent gas pipeline fire, has been closed.

This means that all 613 families affected by the incident have been allowed to leave, either to return to their own homes or to move to rental units and other accommodation sponsored by the Selangor government.

Those who had to be relocated have also received essential supplies, including a month’s worth of rice and other basic necessities.

The Human Resources Ministry plans to establish a One-Stop Centre to resolve all labor issues.

The ministry says the facility would combine all related services so that employees or employers would not have to go to different departments.

A new analysis on the impact of the US tariffs on Malaysia will be presented at the National Geoeconomic Command Centre’s meeting later today.

The Investment Trade and Industry Ministry says the report will also cover the Trump administration’s most recent announcement that smartphones and computers will be exempt from the tariffs.

Several roads in the Klang Valley and Putrajaya will be fully closed or diverted in stages from tomorrow until Thursday.

This, in conjunction with Chinese President Xi Jinping’s visit to Malaysia.
