Malaysians travelling to Singapore only need to be quarantined for 7 days

Starting in September, Malaysians travelling to Singapore will only need to serve a 7-day quarantine period upon arriving.
This as the Republic announced it will shorten its current 14-day quarantine period for travellers from six low-risk nations and regions.
They are Malaysia, Macao, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Australia, excluding its Victoria state.
Bangladeshi man seen in controversial documentary deported
The Bangladeshi man who was interviewed in a recent controversial documentary has been deported to his home country.
Before exiting the country, the Immigration Department canceled his work permit and blacklisted the 25-year-old from entering Malaysia forever.
In the documentary, the man was seen talking about Malaysian authorities allegedly mistreating illegal migrants during the Movement Control Order.
Almost 2,000 members quit BERSATU to join Pejuang
Almost 2,0000 BERSATU members from its Melaka division, have decided to leave the party.
It announced that they no longer support its President and have decided to instead join Tun Dr Mahathir Mohd's new party, Pejuang.
