Malaysia reports 71 new COVID-19 cases

71 new COVID-19 cases were reported today, raising the number of active infections to 777.
69 were local transmission, including 63 found in Sabah.
The death toll is unchanged at 133.
Cops to further probe minister over COVID-19 SOP breach
Police are set to further their investigation into the Plantation Industries and Commodities Minister who breached mandatory COVID-19 SOPs.
According to MalaysiaKini, cops say this is after they received orders from the Attorney General's Chamber.
Last month, the Minister was compounded RM1000 after failing to undergo quarantine upon returning from abroad.
