660 new COVID-19 cases today

4 more patients in Sabah have succumbed to COVID-19, raising the death toll to 167.

Meanwhile, Malaysia reported 660 new cases today.

The highest amount was from Sabah, with almost 430, followed by 68 in Selangor, and Penang 17. 

The Health Ministry has also detected one new cluster.

Don't panic-buy during CMCO

You DON'T have to hoard basic necessities, due to the Conditional MCO in several areas nationwide. 

The Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry has assured that the country has enough supply. 

As such, the public has been urged NOT to panic buy and only purchase what is needed.

International uni exams can carry on during CMCO
 

Private universities in areas under the Conditional MCO ARE allowed to proceed with their international examinations.

The Higher Education Ministry says students must first get verification letters from their unis BEFORE attending the exam.

Some three thousand private uni students set to take the exam are currently affected by the CMCO.
