Malaysia's COVID-19 Death Toll Raises to 199

Six more patients have died due to COVID-19, raising our death toll to 199.
Meanwhile, Malaysia reported 732 new cases today, eight of which were imported cases.
Sabah continues to record the highest number of infections with 535, followed by 116 in Selangor, and Penang 26.
10% manager staff allowed to come into office
Starting tomorrow, workers at management and supervisory levels affected by the Conditional MCO in KL, Selangor, Putrajaya, Labuan and Sabah must work from home to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The International Trade and Industry Ministry says however, only a maximum of 10% of these workers from relevant departments will be allowed to come into the office, for limited hours.
As such, employers are told to issue a letter to each worker, allowing them to travel to work during the CMCO.
As for those in the govt and public sector, the Public Service Department says 30% of its workers can come into the office during the CMCO period.
SOCSO provides free COVID-19 testing for workers in CMCO areas
SOCSO has extended aid to contributing employers affected by the Conditional MCO in several areas nationwide.
The HR Ministry says through its Prihatin Screening Programme, employers can get their workers tested for COVID-19 for free, provided the test is done at designated clinics.
Employers can claim up to RM150 per staff member, after the worker has undergone the test.
Mandatory COVID-19 swab testing for sick and foreign workers
Workers living or working in COVID-19 red zones are advised to undergo a swab test.
Defence Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob adds that the swab test is mandatory for those showing signs of infection, as well as foreign workers.
