8 more patients succumb to COVD-19

Eight more people have died due to COVID-19, raising the death toll to 246.
Meanwhile, Malaysia reported 801 new cases today, two of which were imported cases.
The Health Ministry also detected four new clusters nationwide.
The clusters were found in Sabah, Sarawak, Selangor and Johor.

Labuan’s CMCO extended
The Conditional MCO in Labuan will not end this Friday as scheduled.
Defence Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob says it will be extended until November 13th.
Meanwhile, three villages in Kudat, Sabah will be placed under an Enhanced MCO starting this Friday.
They are Kampung Pengaraban, Kampung Tanjung Kapur, and Kampung Landung Ayang.

Support Budget 2021 for rakyat’s wellbeing
The Yang di-Pertuan Agong has advised Parliament members to prioritise the wellbeing of the public, during the tabling of the 2021 Budget.
The King stressed the importance of supporting the Budget, following the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Agong also reminded parties to stop politicking, as the nation battles against the coronavirus.
Budget 2021 is scheduled to be tabled at Parliament next Friday.
