Budget 2021: Goodies for the young ones

There’s so many goodies for the young ones in Budget 2021!
Those aged between 18 and 20 years old will be credited a one-off payment of RM50 to their e-wallet accounts under the govt's e Youth Program.
Also, private employers will be given an additional RM1,000 incentive for each new graduate who participates in their apprentice programs.
The government has also agreed to allocate RM 50 million to upgrade internet connection in universities.
Speaking of which, the govt will work with BSN on a laptop computer scheme to ensure uni students are able to follow online classes.
Meanwhile, an unlimited monthly travel pass at RM5 will be introduced to students from Year One to Form Six, as well as disabled students.
And, the ongoing twice-a-week milk programme in schools will be replaced with a scheme that provides milk daily.
