KL reports most COVID-19 cases from today's tally

Four more people have died due to COVID-19, raising the death toll to 313.

Meanwhile, Malaysia reported 1,103 new infections today, only one was an imported case.

KL reported the highest tally with 392 cases, followed by 288 in Sabah, and Selangor with 151.

The Health Ministry also detected one new cluster.

EMCO enforced at Selangor workers’ dorm and Sabah village

An Enhanced MCO is set to be enforced at a workers' dormitory in Klang, Selangor due to a surge in COVID-19 cases.

Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob adds that the EMCO will affect over 13 thousand workers.

The Defence Minister says it will come into effect from midnight tonight until November 30th.

He adds, an EMCO is also in effect for the Telipok settlement, and Kampung Numbak, in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah from today.

32 from Medan 88 EMCO return home

More residents who were not home when Medan 88 Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi’s EMCO took effect have returned to the area to get themselves tested for COVID-19.

Selangor police say so far 32 have returned home.

Over 400 residents did not return home, after they found out their housing area was placed under an EMCO.
